1 connect "Noj1" and "Axis"
2 Collect all "Noj1" around "Center" and connect with a rubber ring.
3 Paste "Press" into "Base"
4 Stick the "Bottom" to the "Press" in the corresponding grooves.
5 Stick "Disk" to "Base"
6 Insert the nut M5 in the hole "Center"
7 Connect the "Center" with the "Press" using an M2x25 bolt and washer
8 Paste on "Bottom" "Prokladka" (optional step)

"Prokladka" print from a rubber-like thread. It is not required.

Cooking khinkali:
Raise "Base" up to reveal "Noj1"
Place a dough roll of 16–17 cm in diameter on top.
Put the stuffing in the center
Click on the edges of "Disk" to "Noj1" closed
Remove excess dough and pinch it.
Raise "Disk"
Khinkali is ready. You can cook :)
