The recipe Christmas Shortbread
Nothing better than small shortbread cookie cutters for your printed 3D!
It reveals a recipe borrowed from Santa * and whose little elves crave.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):
For spices, either:
- Clove ...
- Lemon zest (orange or tangerine)
- 1 egg yolk (mixed with a little water)
Preparation of the recipe :
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
Mix in a large bowl the flour, yeast, sugar and ground almonds.
Add butter and eggs; then work with a fork.
Then knead with your hands (do a "ball") and season choice with 4 spices, cinnamon / orange, lemon ...
We, we cut the ball 3, and Faison 3 different seasonings!
Spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut out shapes with cookie cutters (fir, moons, stars ......); arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread some egg yolk with cinnamon on biscuits, for they are golden brown and bake for 7-10 min (monitor).
