Improve the water flow inside your Intex above-ground pool with this simple snap-on nozzle!
Since Intex's stock outlet can rotate but is not able to create an optimal current inside the pool, i designed this simple adapter to redirect the filtered water along the pool's liner and make it circulate during filtration.
This tool can be easily installed on the Intex outlet, just push it into the nozzle gently until it snaps in place.
To remove it, refer to image #4: rotate the print until the "imaginary" red dots match. Then, gently push on the lips and it should easily come off.
Be careful not to bend the lips too much, or they might break!
I chose to use White PETG to print since it is flexible and more resistant than PLA. Before installing for the first time, i decided to sand the edges of the print, to avoid any injury cause by any sharp edge.
When printing, in order to avoid a collapse, i created a support for the upper central section of the object. The Prusa Slicer file attached already includes it. Automatic support creation can be used too.
