3D model description

The ICOSALIGHT lamp is based on the geometry of an icosahedron. It is created from a base that directly integrates the socket holder, and connectors that allow the complete assembly of the lamp.

The complete assembly requires 27 strips of 9x9mm cross-section by 110mm long, 9 assembly connectors, a base, an E27 socket with clamping ring, an LED bulb, wire and an electrical socket.

The lamp can remain naked or be covered with decorative triangles. For the example it is presented with 120mm equilateral triangles on each side made of polypropylene sheet and wood veneer.

T° : Extruder: 205°c Tray 0°c (not heated)

Accuracy: 0.15 mm

Filling: 20%.

Wall thickness: 2 mm

Hi, I'm afraid I cannot buy 9x9mm mouldings in my country. Are the holes in the connectors parametric by any chance? I can only get 12x12mm square, 8mm round or 10mm round here. Thanks!
