3D model description
Keep your wreath looking fresh all holiday season when you 3D print this full sized version. Comprised entirely of pieces that print without support, it’s easy to assemble and makes for an impressive addition to your winter décor.
3D printing settings
You will need a Styrofoam wreath base/ring for assembly. We used one that was 14” x 1.75”.
Print, with no raft or supports:
9- main piece at 2 shells, 3% infill, .2mm layer height
1- ribbon main piece at 2 shells, 3% infill, .2mm layer height
3- spikes, 2 shells, 3% infill, .2mm layer height
1- ribbon, 3 shells, 10% infill, .2mm layer height
With a craft knife, carefully slit the Styrofoam ring along its seam so the ends are completely separated. Slip all nine main pieces and the ribbon main piece onto the Styrofoam to make a complete circle. Tuck the Styrofoam ends into the final piece and add a little glue, if desired. Insert the spikes into the back of the ribbon, then carefully press the spikes into the holes in the main ribbon piece.
