Here is the new design for the handle which does not need a brass rod. You can print the whole "thing" at once and use two M3 screws and nuts for assembling. See photo added and BoxHandle_Alternative.stl
If you are making wooden boxes or have them already in hand, this handle would be useful to pull or push them on shelves. Other than the printed parts, you will need 2 piece M3 screw, 16mm in length together with nuts. Furthermore, a brass (or any other metal) rod of 4mm in diameter and 59.5mm in length is also required (Brass welding rods will be perfect). This rod is pushed into the arms by means of a wise or a similar way. It would be a tight fit at the end.
In order to fix the complete handle onto a box, I used 2.5 x 10mm wood screws. Length can be chosen according to the wall thickness of the box.
By the way, I must say that this handle is for light and small ones. It would be suitable for max 3-4 kg boxes. PETG filament should be preferred and fan speeds should be kept as low as possible for well bonding of layers.
