If you have a New Years resolution to lose weight, a large part of the diet is learning proper portion control. Modern dining portions (especially in the US!) have grown over the years to the point where it is common to overindulge without realizing it.
With clearly marked spaces for veggies, proteins, and starches/grains, this template can help you get your serving sizes under control.
Please note that 3D printing is not 100% food safe, even when printing with "food safe" materials such as PETG. This is designed as a visual template to help you gauge your portion sizes accordingly. If you wish to use this in contact with food, I highly recommend printing this in PETG and coating with a food-safe epoxy resin such as MAX CLEAR: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J16MYSE/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_dLOHCbGPZJ3CW
Print with the labels face down.
