It is a known fact – most Nespresso and other producers’ coffee capsules finally appear in our waste-bins. We designed a tool, Capsule Cleaner for Nespresso that makes it easy to clean Nespresso coffee capsules at home. This coffee can be used in the garden, and aluminum recycled. This tool with its color mix can become a nice kitchen design element, and an inexpensive present to your friend. All components can be 3D printed using biodegradable plastics or/and milled. We changed the last design and included new design spring only (as in last two "bamboo-version" pictures) - it is easier to make (takes 15 min. to print) and is way more elegant!
- 3D-print:
materials: PLA, biodegradable PLA, PLA-wood; print-head: 0.4 mm; layer: 0.15 mm; infill: 30-40 %; support/raft: no.
- Assemble:
1) thread both sides of D-Nespresso_CC_Spacer with M5, assemble D-Nespresso_CC_PunchGuide+3xD-Nespresso_CC_Spacer+D-Nespresso_CC_CapsuleHolder using 6xM5x12;
2) thread D-Nespresso_CC_PunchHead and D-Nespresso_CC_PunchHandlewith M4, screw into D-Nespresso_CC_PunchHandlewith a no-head M4x20 screw (use glue);
3) cut 3x150-160 mm 2.85 3D-printing material wire and assemble with 2xD-Nespresso_CC_SpringFrameD42;
4) assemble all together.
