Layer thickness : 0.2mm

Filling: 10%.

With a well-calibrated printer, I recommend to print with a 0.1mm gap between each piece (file piece_puzzle J0.1.STL). In my case, the friction between the parts allows to keep the parts assembled together. In case of problem, the second file (piece_puzzle J0.2.STL) is provided with a 0.2mm gap between each part.

I applied a coat of epoxy resin to reinforce the whole and bring a shiny aspect, but it is not mandatory.

Layer height: 0.2mm

Infill density: 10%.
