Among Us Self Watering Planter

3D model description

I designed a scalable planter that waters itself based on the characters from the popular game Among Us! The default scale has an opening of 7.5cm diameter, but you can scale it up and down to fit your plant's needs. You need to insert a rope or wick to make it self watering, but you can just use it as a normal planter as well. You can also paint the inside of the bottom part or coat it to make it more watertight.

Update: Use the visor 2.stl file as the previous visor.stl file had some layer issues

3D printing settings

Use tree supports for the top and bottom part. Increase flow settings and decrease layer height to make it more watertight.

The bone is most definitely loose, I'm going to play with scaling to tighten it up. Great design though, best I've found yet.

Hey,can you tell me how much time did it take to print this?

Hola amigo soy de CHILE. Quisiera saber si compro tu diseño podre hacer uso comercial de el, en mi pais.

I'm printing them at 150% and 75% - so far everything seems to fit well. The "bone" is a little lose on both - I suppose I'll just glue that in. Supports significant and a little hard to remove from inside the legs of the sitting model.

Great design. Thanks!

Thanks for the visor update. Version 2 prints correctly when imported into cura with no adjustments! This is such an awesome print and turned out really well for me!!!

I used PLA and to make the water section water tight I did two coats of enamel, two coats of red spray paint / primer and a coat of non-skid spray on the bottom!

Looks like the upload didn't go through before, the visor v2.stl should be there now :)

the visor file is missing :(

Added the visor v2.stl file, it should fix the layer issues. Thanks for letting me know!

When slicing in Cura I had to change the visor to stand on points to print without a missing layer. I generated supports to that the middle wouldn't sag.
