Thank you for all the feedback, it's allowed us to make this puzzle box extra robust and much much more fun! All the feedback has lead to MASSIVE improvements! Stronger, No more wear, less breaking, smoother, better, easier to use/store/ship and MORE!

The Spring improvements: All the springs that would be "stored" compressed now have the option of adding a rubber band, so it NEVER WEARS OUT! In The Key, there's a rubber band under the T6_222, 1 connecting the H1 and H2, and the final is on the H1 to launch the key!

The Mechanical improvements: Key is fatter & stronger, Freedom lock is stronger, face is compatible with mega-assembly.

The Key - Puzzle Box is an original design by Leisure Luke. It's a 7 Piece + 2 BONUS Pieces set that is EASY TO PRINT! No Supports Needed. Print it in PLA! Parts without squiggly springs can be PETG or PLA.

0.1mm tolerance for all non-sliding parts.
0.2mm tolerance for sliding parts
0.4mm tolerance for loose key eject spring
You should be able to straight from the PRINT bed to ASSEMBLY!

No External parts needed - no metal springs, no bearings, no magnets, no electronics, NO GLUE, NO SANDING... you get the idea!

As tested - 100% PLA 3D Printed!

Print all 9 pieces and they'll fit together pretty easily. The T6 is the only difficult piece to get onto the pv3. The spade cap goes on the H1 after it's threaded through the H2.

UPDATE Feb 14, 2021:

KeySpadeCap_Optional_tighter - if your spade cap is too loose to pinch on, this may be better, as it's much tighter (0-0.05mm tolerance)

Changed The Lid to have 45 degree slope to make it easier to print!
My Philosophy
These are all modular pieces that will be a part of a larger project... that I rambled on about in Episode 1 :P Basically, each puzzle becomes a side of Puzzle box that I call - the 5 aces. After the 4th Puzzle Box I'll release the final pieces required to do the full "5 Aces" Assembly. I'll also be printing and sending that puzzle box to a few youtubers to solve, and possibly selling a fully-assembled version on Etsy (if people are interested). Thanks for all the likes and feedback! I need more feedback always!

Notes:
Print the t6 part first. If that doesn't slide nicely, you may have to adjust your extrude speed to something lower. Your printer has to be fairly dialed in for all the mechanisms to work properly. See the video for more details.
