Skarbrand was once the mightiest of The Blood God's Daemons. The untold millions of skulls added to the Skull Throne by his hand earned him much favor with The Blood God. His pride and favorability would ultimately be his undoing, for The Architect saw this vulnerability within him. For many centuries, he fanned this hubris with whispers on the wind, until finally, his pride turned to rebellion against his master.

Thinking he had grown lazy and complacent, Skarbrand saw to dethrone The Blood God and take his place as Lord of the Blood Legions. He brought a mighty strike upon the Blood God, but as powerful as he was, even Skarbrand could not hope to best the unthinkable power of his master.

In this moment, for the first time in eons, The Blood God rose from his throne and seized Skarbrand by the throat, breaking his mind, cursing his name, and stripping his wings. All that was left of Skarbrand was his bottomless rage, and so cast him out. He held Skarbrand atop the highest tower, making an example to all who would dare to challenge the Blood God's might.

In his new form, Skarbrand is the incarnation of blind hatred, and even in banishment, remains The Blood God's most powerful servant, even if he cannot fully understand why.

In battle, Skarbrand carries his two massive daemonic axes; Slaughter and Carnage. Each of these contains the soul of a rival Bloodthirster who dared challenge Skarbrand's favor.

He is made for a 60x100mm Square Base or a 120x92mm Round Base.

Like the standard Quenchseekers, the model has its wings separated from its body. It is highly recommended each be cut at the base of the wing to have them printed separately, so that it will adequately fit on the build-plate of choice.
