3D model description

These awesome tire valve stem caps are threaded to fit most automotive, motorcycle, bicycle, and scooter valve stems! I print them in a 50/50 mix of siraya tech tenacious and elegoo black resin for strength and longevity. I usually paint them with a light brushing of silver leaf "rub and buff" and then spray with a matte finish uv protective clear coat. a small dab of antiseize compound will keep them from ever getting stuck.

On a resin SLA UV printer these are printed with the threaded opening towards the build plate and light supports around the base and a few on the sides of the helmet on either side. be sure to check out my other designs of Trooper helmets, the Child, Vader, speeder trooper helmets.

These can be printed for personal use only. I retain all rights of these original designs and they are not to be printed for sale or commercial use. Enjoy printing these and feel free to post your build.

3D printing settings

SLA UV Resin printer settings, no infill, change bottom exposure from 70 to 75 secs.
