A hexaflexagonal strip featuring triangles with a side length of 30mm.
It is intended to be a design experiment, using flexible TPU filament. Please rotate as necessary to fit the strip on the printer bed. Once it is printed, one should fold it in a way that allows for the same letters (A or B or C) to show up on one side. Then, super-glue the two triangles with no letters for a hexaflexagon.
Indeed, paper, plus a glue stick, is the best way to make a hexaflexagon for classroom use. However, a flexible TPU model is also fun!
3D printing settings
.1 to .2mm
The thinner one might work better according to my experiment.
Once it is printed, please fold it in a way that allows for the same letters (A or B or C) to show up on one side. Then, super-glue the two triangles with no letters for a hexaflexagon. Then, score back and forth along the spaces between the triangles , and start flexing!
