Genshin Impact - Engulfing Lightning

This model is separate into Pummel and Spearhead. They are cut into total of 12 pieces to fit in my Ender 3, platform size of 200mm x 200mm x 200mm. I also include the uncut version, just in case you want to cut it yourself.

I add in extra part which is "rod" as well just in case you can't find material to connect the pummel and the spearhead. Each "rod" is 180mm, you can print multiple piece to achieve the length you want. You can refer to the picture I attach for the arrangement on build plate. You can scale along Z-axis for desired length as well.

In this design, I retain most of the edges solid, giving more threshold for post-process work.

It is cut into pieces for easy printing in mind, with large flat surface that can lay on the bed easily. However, in pieces 3a and 3b, there is a hanging part which I choose not to skip the details as it make the prop much more lively. I choose to increase the thickness of the hanging component so you can remove support and sand it without problem in post process work.

Support is needed on the tunnel that punch through the prop for adding bone.

The diameter of the tunnel is 10mm after you combine the pieces a and b together. You can add in a metal rod with diameter up to 10mm as a bone. If the diameter of the rod is less than 7mm, I strongly suggest to pump in some hot glue to hold the rod in position.

You can easily find the piece you want to print with the picture I attached. I did label all the pieces with their corresponding file name.

I will suggest, using bones between connection of the pieces as the spearhead is quite wide in size. You can do that by drilling holes between the connecting faces and use a metal or wooden rod to bridge them together.

For scaling, please scale all the part with the same scale factor and axis so that it can be combine perfectly once printed out.

1. Add tunnel of 5mm diameter to the blade, and extended of 10mm diameter tunnel for ease of align during the joining process.
2.Two new files name "peg" and "peg 4.5" are added
-"peg" is a cylinder with 9.5mm diameter and "peg 4.5 is" with 4.5mm diameter. These prints is optional if you have your own item to align the pieces.
