The original file wasn't solid so I added a bottom and also a way to hang it on the wall.

3D printing settings
I added a bottom wall, did some remeshing and reducing to make the model smaller. I added a way to hang the model on a screw or nail by Boolean subtraction. There is now a hole with a ridge on the back.
