This new Design cannot use the OEM screen, but works with the new GBA SP IPS screen kits with the either top back plate.
Added lower peripheral and accessory mounts to add things like the E-Reader and GameCube Link Cable.
There are two Back Screen covers labeled “Top Back”. The GBCAM version allows for games such as the Gameboy Camera game cart as well as the Pokemon Pinball cart to fit.
The Front Shell is one piece now:
For the shoulder tact switches you can use the OEM ones from the system, but you have to trim off the side metal bits to fit into the shell.
Has a small spot in the top shell made for the light pipes to fit and display the battery condition.
The custom ribbon cable used in the above video is not available, but there is another option in its place that can be purchased from Digikey or Mouser (material links on the above video description).
