This is the maximum size I can make with my printer without cutting the parts. Normally the parts have to fit together correctly, proof with my beginning of realization.
All the parts of the rocket fit together. A threaded rod with nuts will be necessary to block all the stages and a glue is advised between the feet and the ailerons. Inserting the ailerons into the nozzle is quite hard on the first centimeters because I didn't want to put too much play to avoid glue. To make the assembly easier, make sure that the grooves of the fins are smooth and oil them very lightly if necessary.
One M10 threaded rod 50 cm long (to be measured when the time comes because of the theoretical length)

PS: I advise you not to reduce or increase the size of the parts because of the assembly sets which will also vary. You can still do it but very slightly.
