Easy print

0.2 mm layer height;
40 % filling;
20-50 mm/sec printing speed;
PLA works great.

Rotate the propeller 30-100 times after printing (for self-cleaning);

I print by cheapest 3d printer t220s, so your engine should be more accurate if your printer is better.
