this Versión for 22 Cm x 22Cm Bed Printers

Smaller version of the turbine, 20cm diameter, in the assembly process.
Uses the same Bearings as the larger version.
New base with support for Generator (brushless motor 5010 360KV).
I will continue updating and publishing results.

*- high revs as it uses bearings for very smooth movement even with little wind

design optimized to be printed in 3D, the parts do not require any post processing

**No supports for helix (the helix already includes support, it is not necessary to add it in the laminator)

For the base and bracket of the fence, use a tree support and print in the position shown in the photos. motor base and deflector does not require the use of supports in the laminator

*- Zinc-plated Threaded Rod 3/16" one meter long (I cut it into 14 cm long pieces for the screw of each blade)

The turbine printed in PLA+ is very robust and withstands very strong winds.

Now testing with Brushless motor model 5010 360KV as a generator.
I will post result soon

I bought a 1 meter long screw at a hardware store and cut it, you also need:
18 nuts 5/32"
18 Washers 5/32"
print the plastic washers to align everything

To join the propeller shaft and the rear base of the shaft I used this screw and nut kit
