3D model description

Redesign of the classic Gibson Les Paul 59 guitar, inspired by the organic and biomimic forms of human tendons/tissues.

Designed with TSPLINES algorithms in Autodesk Fusion 360.

If the model is printed at full scale it can be functional to fit the components of an electric guitar.

3D printing settings

The prototype was printed with PLA at 0.29 mm quality.

In order to easily eliminate the generated supports the angle was adjusted to 70, and the quantity to 10%.

Prototype scale 1:2
