Reel-to-reel Compact Casette Upgrade

3D model description

Recently I realized that I was missing playing music from tapes. Not because of sound quality but because of that feeling of 80's :-)
So I purchased preowned tape desk and few cassettes.
To have even better visual experience I've designed reel-to-reel cassette upgrade.
It is far from professional reel-to-reel cassettes but it does not cost fortune and it looks pretty good.
Disadvantage is that you need to cut off almost half od 90 min cassette tape so you end up with ~50 minutes. But it is not a problem for me.

Reels are 0.2 mm thin so it is good to have calibrated bed.
I am using capton tape for good adhesion even in low bed temperatures and for glossy finish of bottom layer.
I used PLA for printing and 0.3 mm nozzle.

Instructions are attached.

This is still work in progress - currently there are two types of design of inner supporting structure. The first one is easier to remove, the second one adds better support for inner cylinder.
