You don´t know where to put your Smartphone during charging?

Or...

One of your prior phones fell down to the ground and your display was broken while charging?

Then it´s time to print your own PlugHack!

PlugHack is a mini dockingstation for your smartphone.
It´s designed to fit for most common chargers, microUSB´s and phones.
Your phone can´t fall down if the microUSB is SAFE connected to it.

PlugHack is printed in 4 Parts:
- PlugHack itself
- Screw M6
- Screw M12
- Clamp

The first part should be printed in the position that the last picture shows. Otherwise the thread will not work (at least with my printer).

3D printing settings

Settings for the PlugHack:
- Layer Height: 0.1mm (otherwise the thread will not function)
- Print Speed: 60mm/s
- Support Overhang Angle: 70° by very efficient cooling; otherwise 60°

It´s important that inside the thread should not be any support.

Screws:
- Layer Height: 0.1mm
- NO support
- Print Speed: 50-60 mm/s

Time: about 6h
