You will need an M3 screw of about 10 mm to connect cam and shaft.

A small piece of filament to connect the piston to the shaft.

It takes about 1h30 to print all the parts ( without support in the position of the files ) and about 4 to 5 m of filament.

Be careful, I deliberately left quite large gaps between the parts for a trouble-free operation, if you enlarge, you may have to modify a little the scale of the moving parts to limit the play!
