3D model description

This is an Orbiter 2.0 extruder, 5015 fan and BLtouch probe holder that fits the original Ender 3/Pro cart. The air duct of the fan is height adjustable. In my case, the NF Smart CR-10 V2.0 hotend is used, but it is possible to use the original hotend from Ender 3 and probably others as well.

Assembly requirements:
- 10x M3x10mm (for 4010 fan, BLtouch and its holder)
- 2x M3x16mm (for Orbiter 2.0 and its adapter)
- 2x M3x20mm flat head screw (for fan duct)
- 1x M3x10mm countersunk head (for cables holder)
- 1x M4x20mm + nut (for 5015 fan)
- and 2x M3 screw for hot end

Spider hotend (9.4.2023):
- added modified parts for Spider hotend.
Attention please! I have not personally tested this hotend, so if you find inaccuracies, please write me a message about the modification. The diameter of the hole for the upper part of the hotend increased to 17 mm both in the main body and in the adapter for the Orbiter, and for the lower part of the hotend the rectangular hole changed to 28 x 25 mm. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the exact dimensions of the Spider hotend floor plan.

Adjustment for wiring (17.11.2023):
- modified shape of the holder for cables.
- now it is possible to screw the holder from the inside of the mount body using flat head screws (2x M3x8mm).
- increased opening for the passage of cables in the body of the mount.

Triangle-Lab Dragon SF hotend (17.11.2023):
- New added mod for Triangle-Lab Dragon SF hotend (not tested in real life yet). I will be very happy for any comments and also for adding your make ;)
- to assemble the Triangle-Lab Dragon SF hotend you will need:
2x M3x18mm screw with flat head
2x M3x8mm screw with countersunk head

3D printing settings

I printed all the parts from PLA. Number of perimeters 3, Infill 20%, support is not needed except for the front and back part.
The fan duct has an integrated support as part of the model, which needs to be removed after printing.
