Biomechanical fingers

This is my new design biomechanical finger and thumb. I wanted to try something new more along the lines of like an alien style armor. There are two different styles files provided number one is the part split in half for easy printing this also results any stronger finger. I recommend if you cannot use one of the full plates provided with all the parts please open it up and look at it for reference as it's best to align all the parts in the same direction so the parts will fit together better. This style is meant for people that do not have a perfectly calibrated 3D printer. Number two is complete full parts it results in less gluing faster assembly time . but if your fdm printer is not perfectly calibrated your small mechanical arm can be too short or too long depending on how x, y, z axis is calibrated. So keep that in mind if you're going to chance it you might be reprinting the small mechanical arm over to fit by scaling it.
You can scale all the full plate setups to resize the fingers to fit your hands properly you can reduce the model as far as 80% in your slicer or as large as you want.Please personal use only no reselling.

I usually use Cura as for my slicing with a 4 mm Brim, concentric supports, support angle of 55, wall thickness 1.2 which equals three walls it add strength and a 20% infill. Resize in your slicer to fit your fingers remember to resize all pieces so they line up in match I've gone down as far as 80% from the original size to fit my pinky finger and as large as 105% to fit my ring finger
