This was made for a lighting stand to replace the one lost and look as much as possible the same as the rest of the set... The bolt on the leg is a M6 coach bolt (with a square shoulder under the head that stops it rotating on the light stand). So the matching knob has a M6 nut cage through the centre, to hold a M6 nut.
Typically fits Balcar, Manfrotto, Ianaro medium sized light stands.
(Depending on your printer settings the caged nut may be tight, it's easier to fit off the light stand by screwing another M6 bolt through the knob and pulling the nut through by tightening up the bolt).
You can also fit a bolt, instead of the nut...
...and a print to take 1/4" BSW or UNC screw (a slightly larger and coarser thread), is also included (as per the last photo).
Cura: for strength use the setting to increase fill at the top of the print (ie around the shoulder of the knob).
Or (as I do) print with the shoulder on the print bed, so there is no infil in the cutout for the M6 nut...
