25 % infill;
Printing speed 60 mm/sec with 20 mm/sec for the first layer.

Most PLA and PLA+ plastic are suitable. Please check that the plastic is not fragile.

I print by cheapest 3d printer t220s, so your printing result should be more accurate if your printer is better.
