3D model description

Replacement knob to fit Fanatec formula V2 encoders.

Use a filament change mid print to customise the colour of the base inlay.

Known common fault with the V2 is that the encoder knob cracks. Mine were replaced under warranty however there was a long lead time so i modelled my own replacement until the new one arrived.

Tested on a Formula V2 but will fit the limited edition wheels or any other 6mm D shaft type encoder - I've used them on my button box too.

Tested using eSun PLA+
0.4 Nozzle
0.12 Layer Height
3 wall thickness
Use supports but put blocker in the middle to stop D shape end being supported for a clean result.
Use a filament change for customized coloured inlays.
