This is by far the strongest phone case that I have ever had. I have dropped my phone off the first story of my house in this case and it SURVIVED without a scratch on it. The ninjaflex outside absorbs most of the shock, while the PLA inside distributes it evenly. The two frame parts are in PLA but can be printed in ABS and the rubber outside is printed in ninjaflex, a highly flexible filament. All of these files don't need rafts or supports. You can add them if you feel like it though.

Version 1.2: massive update I improved the quit button so it presses better i also modified the power button to press easer and I added a screen liner that you can glue to the frame top part for style and strength. Please not that: THE PICTURE AT THE TOP IS NOT UP TO DATE
I printed the two frame pieces in PLA on a Makerbot Replicator 2. I heat my PLA at 210 degrees. For the ninjaflex TPU shell, I printed at 220 degrees and set the extrusion rate to 30mms. I also did not use supports or a raft for any of these parts. For optimal results, slice files with Simplify 3D
