3D model description
During the Corona pandemic period, it is recommended to ventilate indoor areas well.
This Co2 traffic light helps to assess the air quality.
Download here the housing data for a Co2 traffic light.
Based on an ESP8266 and a Co2 sensor the measured values are displayed in green, yellow and red.
This gives you a visual impression of the air quality and enables you to ventilate in a targeted manner.
The exact assembly of the components is explained here. https://forum-raspberrypi.de/forum/thread/49535-guenstige-co2-ampel-im-eigenbau/
The housing consists of four parts. One part which holds the sensor and two other electronic components,
and a two-part clamp for positioning the LED. Finally, the housing is equipped with a transparent cover
which diffuses the strong light of the LED.
Even in bright environments, the respective light color can be easily recognized.
The parts are easy to print. A support structure is not required.
If the outer edges of the lid are not printed nicely, a slight reduction of the printing speed helps.
Alternatively, the lid (cap old) can also be jerked, e.g. with a little pigmented white and a little infill
when the LED light with the other cover appears too strong.
