New version 13 added, the snap-in mechanism is now tighter and has a more secure fit
New version V14 (Mojo part only, experimental) with supports for the upside-down wave form. This area is creating issues during print so I added the support. Note: I had no chance yet to print this version, please share your experience if you try it!
The Chord Mojo DAC and headphone amp is arguably one of the best portable DAC/Amps under $ 1000, and the HiBy R3 Digital Audio Player is a little digital audio player that can hold thousands of songs on a micro SD, access music through Tidal streaming service, and has a great screen and user interface.
Together, they provide a very high quality Audio source for headphones and IEMs (In Ear Monitors), and with this case they can be snapped together and easily operated and transported. I even used the Mojo as source for my High-End stereo system, where it clearly beat my old $4000 CD player... In that case the HiBy R3 can be remote controlled via the Android or iOS HiBy App.
The case provides good access to all necessary ports and controls, has generous cutouts to show the beautiful Mojo design and keep it cool during operation and charging.
The case works perfectly with the Shanling L2 Micro-USB to USB-C cable, or the HiBy USB-C to 3,5mm coax cable.
The Chord Mojo is a light press-fit in the case, the HiBy needs to be inserted with the right side first, then lightly pressed into place in the frame. Finally the 2 case parts snap together with the latches in the corners.
With my printed parts the halves snap together very well and stay in place without additional glue or rubber bands.
This design is protected under International Law through a "BY-NC-ND: Attribution - non-commercial -no derivatives" Creative Commons License. That means that purchasers cannot distribute or sell, neither the digital design nor the printed items made from the design. Buying this design gives you a non-exclusive agreement to print it in your own printer and for your own use, as given by the license.

3D printing settings
I printed the case with PLA and PETG, but would highly recommend PETG due to the better layer adhesion and toughness.
Printed with a Prusa MK3 with 0,15mm layer height, supports enabled (0,15mm gap) and printing speed reduced to 50% for the first layer, then 75% for the rest of the print.
All other settings are standard from Slic3r Prusa edition.
The Mojo case part has to be rotated 180 deg for printing
