3D model description

3 Piece print. All files included:

  • Bic lighter case BODY with 2 side panels "2 sides case v1"
  • 1 side panel "RAIDERS"
  • 1 side panel w/ RAIDERS SHEILD
  • color change helper

3D printing settings

.2mm layers
.3mm line width
top/bot thickness = 1mm
3-4 perimeters for BODY
1 perimeter for the SIDE PANELS for best results

make 2 different Gcode files
1) Bic case BODY (2 sides case v2)
2) RAIDERS WORDS, RAIDERS SHEILD, & Color Change Helper

change the filament color on the SIDES on layer 6 (1.2mm) to achieve the multi colored effect on the logo. Use the Color Change Helper to help make sure you don't miss the time to pause, and it helps to purge the color before it continues printing!

My adhesive of choice is E600, just a tiny bit on the underside of the side panels and they will be forever bonded!
