Evaluation of members on the printability, utility, level of detail, etc.

3D model description

Based on a 1930s Bell & Howell 2709 mount movie lens, and printed in 3 parts. The hood/aperture ring fits actual 50 & 75mm lens housings (as main picture). The middle section and 2709 mount are 3D facsimiles with no actual helicoid or engraving and tolerances better suited to 3D printing (push fit).
There are holes in the base to line up with 2709 and additionally Mitchell NC mounts (it should fit several vintage camera bodies).

Original design was intended for two purposes, to replace missing parts (the hood) and to create a dummy lens for display on a 2709 camera.

3D printing settings

FDM: print with supports, camera side to print bed.
