I used 3MF file and PrusaSlicer, then I printed it on Prusa I3 MK3S+, there were no issues. Check your printing settings and scaling.

You should not need to scale up the model at all. I’d say make sure you’re printing at 0.1mm layer height good and slow. The other thing I’d mention is the Airtag only fits one way in the case, it’s not quite symmetrical, so make sure you’ve got everything oriented correctly.

I had an issue where the airtag didn't fit and when i forced it one of the locking pieces of the print broke off. do we need to scale up the model at all? Thank you

Thank you for the kind words Sasho997 and MusicalBigfoot!

Great suggestion, Sasho – keep an eye out ;)

Best printable keychain case for AirTag so far. It's durable and well designed. Can you make another version which has raised edges to protect AirTag from scratches, similar to belkin?

This is such a great model! It fit's absolutely perfectly and is by far the best AirTag case that I've printed in the last week - no more searching, this is the one to use.
