AIR COMPANION gives filtrated fresh air to breath while wearing medical or homemade mask. Cost less than $6 of equipement to get it running and gives you a stunning 400+ Feets per minute of fresh air right before your mouth and nose. NO MORE FOGGY GLASSES. It fills your mask air space withing the second. Never rebreath the air you exhaled and say goodbye to moist mask, that means no germs or bacterias forming in the so said 20 minutes, the mask will remain dry. With a total weight of less than 62 grams you will hardly notice you have a device attach your mask and what to say about the noise? The average decibels of this kind of fan is between 23 and 32 decibels, 30 is about a whisper. It fills the mask of fresh air between each breath and every mask is a fit. For the filter: Use a 25mm (1'') round filter. I take a PM 2.5 mask filters and use a 25mm leather punch to cut a 1 inch filter for the device. To clip it on the masks: Simply slide the mask from outside the tube into the 2 clips and drive the lower string of your mask in the Fan box clips. Simply put your mask as usual and give it a fast adjustment for your convenience.

3D printing settings

English is not my native language so I'll do my best for the explanations. I use a CREALITY ENDER 3 with cura slicer and print it at a setting speed of 75, 55 for bed and Overture PLA at 210 degrees. With these settings it takes around 5hours to print. You will need to buy a 5v blower fan that is 50mmx50mmx15mm, a rectangle mini rocker switch and a usb cable. Assembling is simple: Solder the red wire of the usb cable to a pin of the switch, the red wire of the fan to the other pin of the switch and the black wire of the usb cable and the black wire of the fan together then glue the tube to the Fan box.( I use gorilla glue). Use a stopper on the usb cable inside the device to prevent wires from tearing, you can use someting like a 16 gauge steel wire and squeeze it. I use a 5000mah 5v phone charger that gives me around 14hours of fresh air. The usb cable is about 12inches long and I wear it in a 3''x4'' jewelry bag with a cord around my neak or in my shirt pocket. Make sure the top of the tube is sealed tight with the top of the Fan box when glued. If not air may get through. Use two small bar clamps to make a tight bond of the tube and the Fan box. Use a clamp to glue the wire gape piece. I leave it clamped for about 10hours and run the fan through the bonding process to avoid accumulation of glue odors. If the mask is a bit loose, tighten it by making a knot at the end of the elastic. Leave me a comment and suggestions are welcome.
