3D model description
I share with you my design to adapt Altix lenses like the famous Trioplan to Sony E mount mirrorless cameras (A7 A7II A7III A7RIV A5000 A6000 A6300 NEX-3...).
The design has been perfectly matched with a Sony A7II camera and found to focus correctly from its minimum distance to infinity.

3D printing settings
For printing I have used black PLA at 20% infill with a layer height of 0.2mm, adding supports. You can print this design with as much precision as your printer has.
