3D model description

This is a Slew Bearing That is a little easier to print due to its square race that reduces the ball contact to 4 points. Its designed for 6 mm diameter balls like airsoft bbs, but I supposed it would be possible, to print some 6 mm rolls.

Diameter: 70 mm
Thickness: 8 mm
Inner diameter: 10 mm
Hardware holes: 4.25 mm diam.
Ball Bearing Race 6 mm.

A nice thing about this design: because the races are flat, it is possible to make a loose bearing more snug simply by sanding the inner faces of the two halves a little, thereby reducing the size of the square race.

Background:
I designed this because I needed to relieve non-axial stress to a servo on an motorized steering caster project (See picture).

9/25/18: I added .STLs for 3.5 mm spacer disks that can be useful to leave a gap for the screw heads.
