2 Jig spinner, spinnerbait lead / tin / pewter master mold fishing lure

Master mold, to make silicone molds for two different jig spinner and one spinnerbait.

What you need:
-1.6mm stainless spring steel wire (2mm for 125%)
-0.8mm stainless spring steel wire (1mm for 125%)
-High temp mold silicone (for example Mold Max 60, or tfc5020)
-size 0 ball bearing Swivel (size 1 for 125%)
-lead / tin / pewter (i use Sn60Pb40, it can be cast at 200 degree C, so all you need is a spoon and a candle to heat it)
-spinner blade, hook, split rings, 4mm eyes (5mm for 125%)

How to make it:
-print the 2 master parts
-stick 5mm pieces of the 1,6mm wire in the holes of the master
-fill the master with silicone and let it cure completely
-remove the silicone mold
-stick the 5mm pieces of wire in one side of the mold
-bend the 0.8mm wire like on the picture
-add the swivel (only for jigspinner)
-close the mold carefully, so the wire and swivel don´t move
-press the molds carefully with clamps
-heat the metal and cast
-let it cool a few minutes
-cut off the cone
-for spinnerbait bend the wire like on the picture
-add split rings, hooks and blades
