Is this scaleable for user height?

These files have been shared for the benefit of industrial design, movie prop and cosplay communities. Besides the fact that they took 1500+ hours to create and are offered for free, attempting to sell them on 3D asset sites will likely result in one of the copyright holders taking an action to permanently remove all copies of these files. Please report all posts for sale to owners of respective 3D asset sites.
