3D model description
PRE-SUPPORTED in Chitubox
All files were test-printed in resin and made some improvements so they would print correctly.
There are 3 options for the base, with a 3d printed logo, a blank logo, and no logo. (included some jpg images of the logo to print on an inkjet printer and glue it if you don't want to paint).
I 3D printed the bottom base in PLA on my Ender-3 Pro to save some material but you can try and print all other files in FDM and make it bigger.
Pre-supported in Chitubox for an Anycubic Photon Mono 4K and added some extra normal Mono Files and a Cura Gcode.
3D printing settings
Removing the supports:
Be careful removing the supports, especially on the head because of the small strand of hair. I usually clip the supports in the middle so it breaks the tension between the plate and the object, then I use a plier to carefully remove them or cut them. For the bigger ones, you can just rip them.
The supports on the Torso are mainly at the back and you may notice some damage it can be removed and sanded after but since it's in the back it minimizes the visual impact.
Assembling the base:
Image instructions are included to assemble the base slashes and smoke and if you look carefully the pins have the name of the object that matches the reference on the picture. (front F1, F2, cloud smoke C1, C2, C3, back B1, B2, B3, top T1, T2, T3)
If you use the blank logo, check the jpg provided and print them in an inkjet printer at 100% then cut glue.
Assembling the body:
If you are going to paint Goku I would suggest using glue at the end and paint first.
- Boots and legs fit straight forward.
- Robe has small pins to fit in the legs then you can adjust and glue them to place.
- Torso, belt, pouch, head, and weapon fit straight forward.
