3D model description
This model was inspired by my wife. She had seen something similar but more basic in a magazine and asked if I could make one.
I designed this in 3 pieces to allow it to fit on my printer bed. It was originally a 2 piece model without the flower, but it looked a little plain.
I glued it together using superglue.

Supports are needed for the flower and i printed at 30% infill

I always wanted to be a draftsman and have always had a passion for designing things. I started my life as a cabinet maker, so love making things, whether it’s out of paper, cardboard, wood or plastic.
I am a keen crafter and amateur book binder. I love computers and consider myself very computer literate. I have taught IT, built my own PC’s, repaired PC’s and worked in IT for a short while. So it was only natural that considering my background I would move into 3D printing.
I consider myself a novice, but am learning new techniques every day and love Thingyverese. What a wonderful place to learn and share my work with like minded people.
