My son is getting a new drawing tablet for Christmas and I decided I wanted to make something to go along with it.

He's a big fan of Minifigs but of course they don't kneel very well so I realized a droid not only resembles a classic knight kneeling pen holder but also has knees.

The only real problem I had was that the LDraw/Printabrick STLs are not properly solid/manifold. So a bit of Netfabb and Blender work later here he is!
Big version is about 350% normal, sized to be able to hold a Huion/Wacom style drawing pen, hands slightly modified. Small version should be normal scale and not edited so could display sabers or whatever (not that that makes any sense.) Will upload as individual parts later once I've run them through a slicer.
Parts uploaded for easier printing/editing of pose. Orientation is not optimized for printing but how I posed him.
Edit: Hands in big version were still not big enough, uploading a v2 with wider openings.
