3D model description
Laminated giraffe head bust.
You can print all the parts on a 200 x 200 bed, but also if you want to scale the model are the parts separately.
Since it is required for a good finish that the parts fit well without being forced but not loose, I have prepared two pieces of control that would have to be used in the following way.
1- Print the "slot control" part with the desired parameters.
2- Print the piece "height control" to a layer height of 0.1 because this way all the control heights prepared in the model will come out.
3- Once the height of the model has been checked so that the fit is perfect, modify the height of the pieces in the Z axis, "only the Z axis" unchecking the proportional scaling box. In this way the slots will be the same as the printed one and the height of the model will be perfectly adjusted to the height necessary for a perfect fit.
If the model is scaled to 200% 300% etc... we will only have to scale the X and Y axes, so that the control parts continue to have the same efficiency.
I hope you like it, I'll be getting more animals soon.
