An icosahedron, made of twenty triangles sharing thirty edges, five at each of twelve vertices. Notice the dozen pentagonal pyramids. One of five Platonic solids. Midcircles pass through the midpoints of each edge; one circle on each face.
3D printing settings
Exported from Mathematica in .stl format for smoothness. One-color version. Model size is very small due to coordinates during export. SCALE UP before printing! Recommended for resin or powder printers because of delicate structure.

Hi, Dan Bach here. I'm a lifelong math nut, a career math teacher and author, and now a 3D math artist and designer. Download some of my polyhedra or space curves! Print them or use them as assets in your video games. (Disclaimer: I didn't make the big star in the photo, but I had a hand in it!)
