This is a Ferris wheel that is printed in place.
The wheel prints support free. You need to print it at 0.3mm layer height with your 'print thin lines' or 'detect thin walls' box checked. You should be able to see the strings in the slicer preview.

Cars may need to be loosened by gently pushing then away from the base or by pushing a thin object between car and base.
