Here it is.
I would advise against scaling up since I have supports designed into the top fin and scaling up would increase the area of the supports.

After its finished printing you should use some flush cutters to cut the supports for the fin, they also break off on there own pretty easily but you may want to use a knife to smooth out the leftover nubs.
I included 4 different types:

With Scales No Loop
No Scales With Loop
No Scales No Loop
3D printing settings
I printed mine in PLA and PETG at 0.2mm layer heights. Your first layer will need to be pretty good since the contact area is a little small.
