3D model description
The design in question is an adapter to incorporate into the extruder of our 3D printer a fiber in order to draw the image you want!
The parts to be printed are the following:
-1 Fibron.stl adapter
-1 Turbine adapter.stl
-2 Butterfly for adapter fibrón.stl
We will also need two M6x35 screws with two nuts, to adjust the fiber to our new mechanism.
The design is attached with two screws to the cooling turbine of our printer.
To make the drawing that we want, the first thing we have to do is select an image .jpg in black and white, then we will open it with the ultimaker cure (or with the program that we have), we will put the dimensions that we need, then we will select these two options:
-Darker is higher
Once the image is opened we will select in the next parameter:
-Cut off object bottom (mm): 2 mm (In this way we get rid of the base of the drawing, leaving only the top contour which is what we are interested in)
3D printing settings
Warm bed temperature: 0°.
Extruder temperature: 0° C
Z hop when retracting: 2 (so that when the fiber moves from one point to another it does not generate a scratch)
Line count skirt: 0
