Exhaust System 40mm for Replicator

I use ABS a lot. And i have the great replicator hood cover from drandolph designs.

Making big things with ABS tends to leave some bad fumes on the air.
I noticed that drandolph designs had some holes and cuts for some exhausting system. So i decided to make one.

You need a 40mm fan for this Exhaust System

I printed both parts at:
10% Infill
0.27 Layer Height
2 Shells

Once printed, cut the aid rib from the Exhaust Block. If you can use a Tap on the holes for the fan with 3mm. Mount the fan on the Exhaust Block and the two on the back of the hood with four M3 screws. Insert the filter in the Exhaust Cover and assemble. (For the filter i use carbon active sponge)
