Nintendo Switch Game Cartridge Fan Case

Here is a switch game cartridge fan case I designed. The case holds nine games.

Utilizing the fan out mechanism users can briskly scan and pluck a game from the case with ease.

You will need the following components:

-Cylinder Shaped Magnets 3x3mm
-M3 x 10 Screw
-M3 Nut

I included a few different styles for the lid design:

Inlay without Gold(File Name: Switch Cartridge Case Ornate Lid Design One Piece)

Inlay with Gold Instructions
1. You will first need to print out the stl file named "Switch Cartridge Case Ornate Lid 1st layer Base Color" Note: I printed this layer slower then I normally print first layers. I printed this layer at 0.3mm layer height. Remove the skirt before printing the gold inlay if you use a skirt. Do Not remove the print the next print will print over top this one.
2. Next change filament and print the stl file named "Switch Cartridge Case Ornate Lid 1st layer Gold" Note: I printed this layer just slightly taller then the layer from the previous step(0.32mm layer height). I bumped up the extrusion factor/flow% by 130% to fill in any gaps. I also printed this layer much slower then usual. REMOVE SKIRT in slicer if you use a skirt for your prints, if not it will print over the previously laid down layer.
3. Finally change filament and print the stl file named "Switch Cartridge Case Ornate Lid the Rest of the Model" Note: This will print an outline for the previous two files on the first layer then it will move onto the second layer and finish the model.

The origin of the models are all the same, so as long as they're placed in the same spot in slicer it should work out.

I used super glue to secure the magnets in place.
